Are you a developer or a manager?

Both, that's the point. I spent 10 years writing code and 3 years managing up to 11 developers. I can go deep on a technical topic and grow the team around it.

What kind of work do you take on?

Three formats: building a product end to end, fractional technical leadership 1 to 4 days a week, or an audit with hands-on unblocking. Remote from Nice, across France and Europe.

What is your stack?

TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS, GCP or Vercel. I add AI where it serves the product, not the other way around.
