This site has no account, no password and no payment. A few things still need declaring, and here they are in plain words.

Who processes the data
Jérôme Desmares, an independent entrepreneur in Nice, France, is the controller for this site and for the processing described here. Any question about your data goes to desmaresjerome@gmail.com and gets an answer within one month.

Analytics
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for as long as it takes to run the service. Audience measurement runs on Umami, a cookieless tool: it counts page views in aggregate (page, country, device type) with no visitor identifier, and never stores your IP address. No consent banner is needed. The statistics are processed by Umami Software, Inc. and hosted in the European Union.
Error reports
Sentry receives JavaScript and server errors, along with the page involved and the browser that hit it. Those reports exist to fix bugs and serve no other purpose.
The games
Bball Destiny and BR Destiny keep the run in progress, the profile and the badges in your device's local storage. None of it leaves for a server, and nobody but you can read it. Clearing the site data wipes the save, with no way to restore it.
Hall of Fame and leaderboards
If you choose a player name, the finished career or match travels to a Neon database under that name, to feed the public Hall of Fame and leaderboards. It is the only deliberate upload on the site, and a pseudonym does the job perfectly. IP addresses are held in memory to rate-limit automated posts and are never stored in the database. One email is enough to have an entry removed.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection over this data. Write to the address above and I handle the request myself. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if my answer does not satisfy you.
